Flooding, heat and more severe weather conditions impact millions across U.S.

Millions of Americans across parts of the U.S. are experiencing severe weather. On Wednesday, several suspected tornadoes swept across Wisconsin. Meanwhile, the Gulf Coast is under flooding alerts with days of heavy rains expected, and more than 70 million people in the eastern U.S. are under heat alerts through Thursday.
