Hundreds rescued from catastrophic Texas flooding

Texas officials said more than 850 people have been rescued in the deadly flooding. Hundreds of first responders are spread out across the Guadalupe River, climbing debris piles, searching cars and combing riverbanks for survivors. CBS News’ Jason Allen reports.
